“I am passionate about therapy that focuses on deep or embodied work because words alone cannot get to the parts of the brain that hold trauma.”

“I feel that people are fascinating and complex creatures, and the better we come to know ourselves, the better we tend to appreciate our differences.”

“It is my joy and honor to hold space for you in your journey of self-discovery and healing. Therapy is sacred work, and I delight in being a witness, guide, and ally for my clients.”

“Therapy encourages deep personal growth and helps you to find the pieces within yourself that enable healing and change. Consider me your personal ally along the journey and a professional witness to your life.”

“The most exciting thing for me is to watch people heal from past wounds and then create a new life for themselves.”
Anonymous Former Client
As a practice, we work with kids starting at age 7 and see clients all the way through adulthood. We offer many modalities of therapy including, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and play therapy to highlight a few. We also integrate neurostimulation with counseling for many of our clients.
Everyone has a textured, complex story, with old threads from the past still coloring every present moment. No matter your reason for seeking therapy, we’re here to deeply listen and understand your thoughts and perspectives so we can work together toward the future you’ve always wanted.
You will meet with your therapist to imagine what you want your life to look and feel like in the future. Then, you’ll explore the tapestry of your past and see how it impacts your experience of life today. You and your counselor will decide the best way to unravel the impact of the past and create a path toward the future you want. This process is relational and we’ll make sure you are seen, heard, and deeply known by your counselor and yourself.
It’s normal to want to know how long your treatment plan will last, but the duration varies for each individual. With counseling, it takes time to find the root patterns and past experiences informing your daily wellbeing. Everyone is different, and we can say that you already have the courage you need to make the whole journey when you choose to start your first session. Your counselor will be with you through it all, prompting growth and inviting healing.
We do not. We can offer you a superbill for counseling sessions. Please note that we do not currently accept insurance, however, we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We do accept payment from Health Savings Accounts (HSA cards).
All of our 50-minute sessions are $185. Our Neurotherapy intake package consists of three appointments that are $700 in total (QEEG assessment, intake history session, and QEEG review/treatment planning session).
Yes and no. We can definitely do neurostimulation and counseling at the same time. When doing neurofeedback, you are not able to talk or move much while training because the muscle movement impacts the EEG. That said, we pause the training often during the session and check in and often engage in some amounts of counseling.
Just click the "book an appointment" button on this page and fill out our contact form. We'll reach out to you within 24 hours for a free phone consultation.
